Although, this is a very important role at one of the most reputable private clinics in Nigeria, Kemi doubles up as a facilitator for Dental Solutions and is in charge of organizing training opportunities for the Dental community. Kemi Bakare has worked alongside a variety of Dental organizations in the UK in training and developing staff, so that the best standard of care is achieved. After over a decade in this industry, Kemi understands the demands and complexities that are required within a Dental environment, where customer care and the financial sustenance is key.
With the above statement in mind, Kemi has a desire to influence change in the education system provided for Dental Surgery Assistants. However, acknowledges small progress is being made.
